If you find that the software (CDs only) you purchased does not meet your needs we will also refund your purchase as long as the CDs are in resaleable condition and are returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges and have a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. You can ship the product back to the below address once you have received a RMA (Return Material Authorization). Just email us as support@sorbose.com.
